If your order arrives with a defect or there’s an error on our part, we’ll make it right — guaranteed.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can review the issue and provide a solution.
Depending on the situation, we’ll:

We’re committed to transparent communication every step of the way. If a backordered component or manufacturing issue delays your order, our team will keep you informed until it’s resolved.
Custom Build Policy
Because every custom order is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a build has entered production.
A custom build includes any product where you’ve selected specific components (shaft, grip, length, loft, etc.) or requested personalized specs.
Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may be canceled within 1 business day of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

After 1 business day, cancellations are reviewed case by case. If production hasn’t begun, a 20% processing fee may apply.

Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Any modifications must be requested within 3 business days of ordering.
Processing Time
Once a return or replacement is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Refunds (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued within 30 days of approval, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
